  1. You need of quick Oats (rolled oats also can be used).
  2. It's of mixed dry fruits (Almonds, cashewnuts, walnuts, etc).
  3. You need of flax seeds.
  4. It's of Cornflakes.
  5. It's of sesame seeds.
  6. You need of cocoa powder.
  7. Prepare of jaggery.
  8. You need of honey.
  9. It's of ghee/ butter.

Healthy Granola bars step by step

  1. Roast cornflakes, oats, dry fruits and nuts separately and keep aside..
  2. In a pan, heat ghee, jaggery and stir till it liquidizes; stop the heat..
  3. In a bowl, mix cocoa powder and honey and the Jaggery syrup and all the roasted ingredients and mix well..
  4. Then in a greased plate, tap the entire mixture flat with the spatula..
  5. After 15- 20 minutes, cut into equal parts and enjoy healthy energizing granola bars..
